Internet Video Gurus

On the internet there’s always someone that doesnt like something on a video they seen. Wether it be a girls hair that doesn’t stay in place…or the way someone talks?
It amazes me how nasty some people can be,and to people they dont even know.
I recently came across GuruGossip. It’s a website that allows you to point out some things you dont like or Like about ladies on youtube…

Well as I started reading more and more I started to notice all the hateful nasty comments made about the ladies of youtube. Some of the "haters" go as far as to add everyone they (hate)’s family members just to get an update on something about the person they hate. A lot of the comments are so down right insulting. I couldnt imagine having all my information(friends,family,problems,husbands,etc) put out on a website where the people just talk trash.

It comes to my mind. This is another form of Bullying.
Why arent sites like these banned?
God forbid, One day one of these – Guru’s on youtube. Read all the things these girls/women wrote…about their personal life and such..and decide they want to kill themselves.

the problem with this is who decides what is unacceptable. What you are proposing is restricting free speech and apart from the implications of that you would need a massive bureaucracy to police it, hear appeals etc. Also you’d have to get all countries to buy into and agree the same principles or the sites could be hosted elsewhere. Look at wiki leaks. Apart from free speech banning websites simply isn’t practical.
